I am a Certified School Psychologist and CBT Psychotherapist, specializing in Positive CBT, with over 20 years of experience in K to 12 Schools. I work as an Educational Psychologist in a multicultural high school and as a diagnostician and therapist with children and parents in my private clinic.  I am a faculty member, Associate Dean of the Psychology Program, and Head of the Master's Program in Educational Psychology at the Academic Center for Law and Business, Ramat Gan. I previously represented the School Psychology Division in the Israeli Psychological Association and have participated in several Israeli Parliamentary Committees.  I am also the developer and creator of Otzmah – a strengths discovery toolkit.
